Troika aims to place all projects under the personal supervision of a Director, and assign work to a carefully selected Project Team led by an experienced and professionally qualified engineer; provide effective and reliable services to meet the expectations and needs of Clients and thereby to ensure that projects conform with all relevant statutory and regulatory requirements and; undertake all of the various design and other activities required to meet the above objectives in the most efficient and cost effective manner possible in terms of time, resources and cost. To further protect our clients, we are committed to a professional indemnity of HK$10,000,000.00.
