Troika Engineering Limited is an independent local consultancy company which offers multi-disciplinary engineering services. It was founded by a group of experienced professionals with excellent track records in civil, structural and geotechnical engineering and since operation from February 2001, has experienced steady growth and has handled successfully a considerable volume of wide-ranging projects in Hong Kong. It has a current strength of 12 highly skilled engineers and professional staff, many with more than 20 years of experience in the industry. A wide range of integrated AP/RSE services for projects including additional and alteration works, building renovation, slope stabilization and inspection, structural stability assessment, underground drainage inspection, concrete repair and water-proving are offered. The professionals of the company have all achieved high reputation in providing quality, cost effective and reliable consultancy services in their respective fields and are all fully familiar with the current Buildings Department's standards and procedures. Examples of projects which the company has been involved are shown in the respective pages for each individual field. With the philosophy of providing client with a personal service based on technical excellence and a commitment to quality, the company is built on a clear customer service model and an understanding of customers' individual needs. To this end, the growth of the practice has been resisted to ensure that all major commissions are under the personal direction of a Director.
