Troika's Works:

Acting as Authorized Person (AP) and Registered Structural Engineer (RSE).

Reviewing all relevant and available as-built record plan retrieved from Buildings Department.

Providing visual inspection and recording defects of internal and external walls, drainage and water supply system, fire service system, waterproofing on roof, etc. and preparing a written report with suggestion on remedial measures.

Preparing requirements and tender document for building renovation/repair works with cost estimation, inviting tender on behalf of Client, carrying out pre-qualification process, tenders analysis and giving recommendations on tender award.

Attending AGM/EGM to report the progress of building renovation works, use of materials and cost estimation.

Providing contract administration including preparation of contract document, issue of payment certification, defect list, certificate of practical completion, etc.

Vetting and commenting on the contractor's submission of method statement, materials, certificates, temporary works design, etc.

Endorsing all materials certificates for submission to BD.

Providing periodic site supervision by TCPs under AP/RSE streams during contruction work.

Assisting in site inspection with representative of BD upon completion of work.

Assisting in submission of as-built record to BD upon completion of work.
